Description
Carbon fiber skid plate for the Stark VARG EX, MX and SM, 2023–2026. Moulded from the original frame geometry, so it bolts to the OEM mounting points with no modification and no drilling, and shields the battery case and lower frame rails from rocks and roots.
Resin-infused under vacuum rather than wet-laid — the laminate comes out fully compacted, light and stiff rather than just light. Edges are trimmed and finished by hand, then sealed under a two-stage clear coat.

2 - stage clear coat
Two coats, cut back and polished between them. The result is a deep, wet-looking gloss that holds a straight reflection — and a UV-protected surface that stays that way.
Finished edges
Every edge is trimmed and refined by hand. No sharp transitions, no raw laminate, no rough spots where the part meets the bike.
Infusion process
Resin drawn through the dry fibre under vacuum. It compacts the laminate and leaves no dry spots or voids — the reason the part is light and stiff rather than just light.
Two fibres on one part
Forged tow running into a reflective weave on the same panel. Any two of our fibres can meet on one part, and you choose where the transition sits.
Unlimited possibilities
Eleven fibres, and the flake is whatever shade you want it to be. If the colour you are after is not in the list on this page, the Kit Builder carries the full palette — and will mix one if it is not there either.
