Swatches are for reference only. Every part is laid up by hand, so weave direction, flake and depth vary slightly from piece to piece.
Finish
—Coloured pieces are laid into the cloth before infusion, not painted on. Finishes unavailable for your parts are dimmed.

Where the hours actually go
The weave is the quick part. What takes the time is everything after it — the clear, the sanding, and the hundred small decisions nobody sees but everybody notices. It's why our parts look wet under the light, and why we don't build many at a time.
Layered clear coat
Clear goes on in passes, not one heavy hit. Enough depth to bury the weave properly so the surface reads as glass rather than cloth under lacquer.
Wet sanded by hand
Flatted back between coats, by hand, until there's no orange peel and no high spots. A machine can't do this on a curved cover — it has to be felt.
Cut and polished
Stepped through grades and polished until reflections run dead straight across the part instead of rippling.
Checked before it's packed
Every edge, cutout and mounting point inspected by hand. If it isn't right it doesn't ship — we'd rather remake it than explain it.
Infused, not printed
Raw cloth, resin infused in house. No film, no wrap, no hydro dip.
Hand sanded
Wet sanded flat between clear coats.
Polished to glass
Cut back and buffed until reflections run straight.
Limited production
No mass output. One kit at a time.
